About Kristi:

Kristi Rider studied Sociology at California State University San Marcos. She has been a small group facilitator and volunteer in her church for over 25 years.

Kristi has lived up and down the state of California, from Carlsbad to Trinidad, and is currently living in Walnut Creek for the second time. She lived in New Delhi, India with her family for four years as an American diplomat.

She deconstructed and reconstructed her faith and spirituality in her 30s and 40s and enjoys taking online classes and learning at the Center for Action and Contemplation.

She’s been married for 28 years to her college sweetheart who works in law enforcement,  has raised four wonderful humans, and is currently enjoying the “revolving door” years.

In 2019, after working at a tech startup, she decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a coach and within one year, she completed her certification in Transformational Coaching at Western Seminary and became an ACC ICF accredited coach. Kristi is currently a  PCC ICF-accredited life coach and a certified Chestnut Paes Academy Enneagram practitioner.

She loves coaching with the enneagram, meeting friends for coffee, polyvagal theory, hiking in the Sierras, kayaking in mountain lakes, spending time with her kids, playing cribbage, and traveling with her husband.
